- Trades: Computer Hardware and Networking, Computer Operator and Programming, Electrician, Fitter, Information Technology and Electronic System Maintenance, Instrument Mechanic, Machinist, Painter, Pattern Maker, Plumber, Refrigeration and Air Conditioner Mechanic, Tool and Die Maker, or Tools and Die (Jig and Fixture).
- Experience: One year of experience in the specified trade from a recognized organization.
- Trade Skill Test: Eligible candidates must qualify a departmental Trade Skill Test in the specified trade.
- Technician (Semi-Skilled) (21 vacancies):
- Essential Qualifications:
- ITI Pass Certificate in the specified trade or equivalent Defence Services Tradesman Course approved by Central/State Governments.
- Trades: Book Binder, Carpenter, Computer Hardware and Networking, Computer Operator and Programming Assistant, Cutting & Sewing, Electrician, Fitter, Information Technology and Electronic System Maintenance, Instrument Mechanic, Painter, Plumber, Refrigeration and Air Conditioner Mechanic, Tool and Die Maker, or Tools and Die (Jig and Fixture).
- Trade Skill Test: Eligible candidates must qualify a departmental Trade Skill Test in the specified trade.
- Medical Fitness: Candidates must be in good mental and physical health. Night blindness or color blindness disqualifies candidates.
- Disqualifications:
- Persons with a living spouse or those who have entered into a marriage with a person having a spouse living.
- Persons convicted or under trial for criminal offenses.
- Persons found guilty of impersonation, use of unfair means, or canvassing.

- Written Test: Objective-type multiple-choice questions (no negative marking).
- Trade Test: Candidates shortlisted based on the written test will be called for a Trade Skill Test.
- Shortlisting: Based on marks obtained in the written test and category of reservation.
- Merit List: Prepared after the written and trade tests.
- Tie Resolution: If marks are equal, resolved by date of birth (older candidates placed higher), followed by marks in Numerical Aptitude and English Language & Comprehension.
