RRB NTPC Undergraduate Recruitment 2026

- The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) have announced 1,688 vacancies for undergraduate-level posts under the Non-Technical Popular Categories (NTPC).

- Age Limit: Minimum age is 18 years, and the maximum age is 30 years (as of 1 January 2027). Age relaxation is applicable as follows: OBC-NCL: 3 years, SC/ST: 5 years, PwBD: 10-15 years (depending on category), Ex-Servicemen: as per prescribed rules, and Widowed/Divorced/Judicially Separated Women: up to 35-40 years (depending on category).
- Gender Eligibility: Both male and female candidates are eligible to apply.
- Experience Required: None specified; open to freshers and graduates.

- CBT-1 (Computer-Based Test 1): 100 questions for 100 marks, 90 minutes duration, with negative marking (1/3 mark deducted for each incorrect answer).
- CBT-2 (Computer-Based Test 2): 120 questions for 120 marks, 90 minutes duration, with negative marking (1/3 mark deducted for each incorrect answer).
- Document Verification: Verification of original documents including educational certificates, identity proof, category certificates (if applicable), and other required documents.
- Medical Examination: Candidates must pass the prescribed medical fitness standards (B-2, C-2, or A-3, depending on the post).
