Head – Programming, Film Bazaar (Contractual)

- Contractual position for a period of Two Years at Film Bazaar, Mumbai under NFDC.
- Responsible for overall leadership of Film Bazaar, including Knowledge Series, Screen Writers Lab, Promotions & Marketing, Sponsorship, VFX & Animation Pavilion, Promenade Development, IT applications, Book to Box Office, and Sales Agent/Distributor engagement.
- Finalize Film Bazaar program, allocate stalls/pavilions, and coordinate with the Festival Director and other IFFI section heads.
- Supervise personnel, financial, logistical, and publicity aspects of Film Bazaar components like Co-Production Market, Viewing Lab, Knowledge Series, and Work-In-Progress Lab.
- Coordinate with international film markets, propose and set up Indian stalls/pavilions abroad, and manage artistic programming including guest invitations and hospitality.
- Manage registrations, publications, and distribution for Film Bazaar.
- Lead and mentor teams with a focus on performance, collaboration, and decision-making.

- Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline, preferably in Film Studies, Film Direction, Media, Mass Communication, Humanities, or MBA.
- Experience: At least 10 years of Senior Management experience in organizing film markets, film/entertainment industry events, film organizations, or production houses.
- Domain Expertise: Direct experience in organizing film pavilions abroad, commercial/operational knowledge of production and post-production activities.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop teams, with a focus on mentoring, performance, and collaboration.
- Decision-Making: Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
