Video Editor – Digital Learning Recruitment

- Contract-based role for six months at Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK).
- Focus on post-production of course content, including editing, motion graphics, and storyboard development for digital learning platforms.
- Responsibilities include editing raw faculty recordings, creating interactive content, and ensuring compliance with visual branding standards.
- Requires hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.
- Must work collaboratively with faculty, production teams, and technical experts to deliver polished video modules.

- Must be a full-time graduate with a first-class from a reputed university.
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in video editing/post-production is mandatory.
- Relevant professional/vocational certification or demonstrated proficiency in audio-video production is required.
- Desirable: Experience in eLearning projects or editing digital learning/education-sector video content.
- Technical proficiency: Hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.
- Visual tools: Proficiency in at least one content creation/authoring tool (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, OBS Studio, or Adobe Audition).
- Instructional design knowledge: Working knowledge of instructional design is desirable.
- Technical skills: In-depth knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and online delivery settings (e.g., Open edX, Coursera, SWAYAM).
- Soft skills: Strong command of written and verbal English, teamwork, flexibility, initiative, and self-motivation.
