- Master's Degree in Pharmacy, Natural Sciences, or Agricultural Sciences from a recognized university, OR
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, Technology, or Medicine from a recognized university AND two years' experience in Research and Development in Industrial, Academic Institutions, or Scientific Organizations.
