✅ Eligibility Criteria

- Indian nationals only are eligible to apply.
- Retired executives from PSUs/Government Organizations in E-06 to E-09 pay scales or equivalent are eligible.
- Domain experts with relevant experience in mining, industrial, infrastructure, or development projects are eligible.
- Educational qualification: Degree in Engineering/Technology or equivalent from a recognized institution (additional qualifications in project management are desirable).
- Minimum 15 years of experience in execution, monitoring, and management of mining, industrial, infrastructure, and development projects.
- Experience in handling large capital expenditure projects, mine development, infrastructure projects, modernization initiatives, contract administration, and project coordination.
- Well-versed with project planning, monitoring, implementation oversight, contract management, risk mitigation, and coordination with consultants, contractors, and government agencies.

- Must be medically fit as declared by MOIL's medical authority.
