📋 Job Description

- Engagement as a Consultant (Fishing) for Field Headquarters (FHQ), OIL, Duliajan, Assam.
- Responsible for executing fishing jobs such as retrieval of stuck packers, bridge plugs, casing repairs, milling operations, and recovery of wireline tools in cased hole sections/liners of sizes 4.5" to 9 5/8".
- Experience in providing technical specifications for fishing tools procurement and designing/fabricating unconventional fishing tools.
- Must be physically fit and willing to travel frequently within OIL operational areas.
- Work in line with regular officers of the Company and observe normal officer timings.
- No assignment with other organizations allowed during the engagement period.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: Graduate/Diploma (any discipline) from AICTE/UGC-recognized institutes.
- Minimum 25 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas sector (Govt./PSU/Private Sector) on a permanent basis.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Well Services/Workover rigs, including at least 5 years dedicated to Cased Hole/Well Services Fishing.
- Must have retired from the post of Deputy General Manager (Grade F) or equivalent in OIL or any other Govt./PSU/Private sector.
- Maximum age limit: 63 years as on the last date of application receipt.
- Working knowledge of OIL’s activities, visions, goals, and structure.
- Ability to work in multi-disciplinary activities.
