📋 Job Description

Engagement of retired government officials and young professionals on a contractual basis for specialized roles in higher education administration, sports management, finance, IT, and AI.
Positions include Consultant (Internationalization of Higher Education) and Young Professionals in Sports, Finance, IT, and AI domains.
Initial engagement period: 6 months for Consultant and 1 year for Young Professionals, extendable as per organizational needs.
No TA/DA provided for attending tests or interviews.
Applications must be submitted within 30 days from the date of publication in Employment News.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

**Consultant (1 position)**: Retired government officers at Joint Secretary/Deputy Secretary/Under Secretary level or equivalent with relevant experience in internationalization of higher education or higher education administration.
Maximum age limit: 65 years (as of closing date of application).
**Young Professional (Sports) (2 positions)**: Graduate in any discipline with a PG Diploma/Certificate (minimum 6 months duration) in Sports Management or related fields, OR experience in sports management/tournaments/championships in SAI, Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, or Sports University, OR state-level/All India Championships/Khelo India participants.
Maximum age limit: 35 years (as of closing date of application).
**Young Professional (Finance) (1 position)**: Postgraduate in Commerce/Finance/Management or relevant PG Diploma with minimum 3 years of experience in accounts, TDS/GST/EPF compliance, payroll, reconciliation, or audit support in government/semi-government/autonomous bodies/PSUs/educational institutes.
Desirable: Knowledge of Tally, SAP/ERP, experience in 12A-registered educational societies, and PFMS.
**Young Professional (IT) (1 position)**: Bachelor’s degree in Technology (Computer Science)/B.Sc. in Computer Science/Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) with minimum 3 years of experience in ASP.NET with C# (VS 2022), SQL Server/PHP development, WordPress customization, server management, or financial & ERP systems.
**Young Professional (AI) (1 position)**: Postgraduate/technical/professional degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Public Policy, Data Science, or related disciplines.
Desirable: Knowledge of AI governance, machine learning, data ethics, emerging technology policy, AI research, technology policy, or data analysis.

Applications will be shortlisted based on eligibility criteria and experience.
Shortlisted candidates may be called for a test or interview at the discretion of AIU.
Final selection will be based on merit, experience, and performance in the selection process.
AIU reserves the right to relax eligibility conditions or not fill any advertised post without assigning reasons.
