Junior Research Fellow (JRF) & Research Associate (RA) in Physics & Electronics

- Walk-in-interview for Junior Research Fellow (JRF) and Research Associate (RA) positions in Physics and Electronics at SSPL, Delhi.
- Positions are temporary and project-based, with fellowship termination possible upon project completion.
- No absorption or regular appointment rights in DRDO are conferred through these fellowships.
- Candidates must report to SJB Auditorium, SSPL complex, Lucknow Road, Timarpur, Delhi-110054 at 09:30 hours on scheduled dates.
- No TA/DA will be provided for attending the walk-in-interview or joining.

- For Junior Research Fellow (JRF):
- Post Graduate Degree (M.Sc. or equivalent) in Physics/Electronics with First Division and NET qualified.
- OR Graduate Degree (B.E./B.Tech in Engineering Physics/Electronics) with First Division and NET/GATE qualified.
- OR Post Graduate Degree (M.E./M.Tech) with First Division at both Graduate and Post Graduate levels.
- For Research Associate (RA):
- Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Physics/Electronics.
- OR M.E./M.Tech with 3 years of research experience in Semiconductor Materials, Devices Fabrication, and Characterization.
- Must have at least one research paper published in a Science Citation Index (SCI) journal.
- Candidates who have submitted their Ph.D. thesis may apply but must provide the degree or provisional certificate before the offer of associateship.

- Selection will be based on walk-in-interview performance.
- In case of a large number of candidates, a screening test may be conducted on the same day.
- Candidates must bring duly filled application form (Appendix 'A') with attested copies of mark sheets, certificates, caste certificate, experience certificates, publications (if any), and other relevant documents.
- Candidates working in Govt./PSU/Autonomous Bodies must bring a 'No Objection Certificate' (NOC) at the time of the interview.
