📋 Job Description

- Opportunity to work on a UGC-DAE Consortium for Scientific Research (CSR) funded project titled 'High-Strength, High-Temperature Silicone-Sheathed Flexible Metallic Conduit for Dynamic Reeling Applications'.
- Project duration: 36 months (scheduled to end on 06.04.2029).
- Fellowship is temporary and subject to satisfactory performance and project continuation.
- Selected candidate may register for M.S/Ph.D program at Anna University, Chennai.
- Work location: Department of Production Technology, MIT Campus, Anna University, Chromepet, Chennai – 600 044.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor’s degree (B.E / B.Tech) in Mechanical, Production, Robotics and Automation, Automobile, or closely related disciplines.
- Master’s degree (M.E / M.Tech) in Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Robotics and Automation, Industrial Automation and Robotics, Automobile, Automotive, Computer Integrated Manufacturing, CAD, CAM, Engineering Design, Product Design and Development, or closely related disciplines.
- Master’s degree must be obtained within the last 3 years.
- Minimum 1st class (or equivalent CGPA) in both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees.
- Candidates with valid JEST/GATE/NET-JRF/Lectureship/UGC-CSIR NET JRF/Lectureship and Ph.D. registration under the PI at Anna University may be considered for CRS Project Fellow – Junior II with higher remuneration.
- PG degree in the relevant specialization is highly desirable.
