- OR M.Sc. in Chemistry/Physics with a valid GATE/NET qualification.
- OR GATE-qualified candidates with a B.Tech./B.E. (CGPA above 8.0) in Electronics and Communication Engineering or related disciplines.
- Knowledge of semiconductor first-principle simulation/Density Functional Theory (DFT) is mandatory.
- Familiarity with quantum/atomistic computational tools like QE, SIESTA, CP2K, etc., is required.
- Basic knowledge of programming and scientific computing is essential.
- Experience in atomistic transport simulation using NEGF-DFT formalism and PyTorch is preferred.
