📋 Job Description

- Opportunity to work on an ANRF-sponsored research project titled 'Development of Minimally Invasive Printed Electrochemical Sensors for Personalized Levodopa Dose Optimization in Parkinson’s Disease'.
- Role involves developing semiconductor-based electrochemical sensors using advanced computational tools and quantum simulation techniques.
- Fellowship includes INR 37,000 per month for the first two years and INR 42,000 per month for the third year.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

- Candidates must hold an M.Tech./M.E. in Nanoelectronics, Microelectronics, Semiconductor Sensors, or related disciplines with experience in semiconductor devices/sensors and quantum simulation.
- OR M.Sc. in Chemistry/Physics with a valid GATE/NET qualification.
- OR GATE-qualified candidates with a B.Tech./B.E. (CGPA above 8.0) in Electronics and Communication Engineering or related disciplines.
- Knowledge of semiconductor first-principle simulation/Density Functional Theory (DFT) is mandatory.
- Familiarity with quantum/atomistic computational tools like QE, SIESTA, CP2K, etc., is required.
- Basic knowledge of programming and scientific computing is essential.
- Experience in atomistic transport simulation using NEGF-DFT formalism and PyTorch is preferred.
