- Lead technical design, module decomposition, and microservices implementation for eBCAS 2.0 platform.
- Drive code reviews, coding standards, secure-SDLC gates, and contract-tested APIs.
- Coordinate inter-module and external Government integrations for seamless platform operations.
- Mentor development teams, plan sprints, and ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data migration, Go-Live, and post-deployment stabilization.
- Ensure platform scalability, security, and compliance with ICAO standards on MeghRaj (NIC) cloud.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in leading full-stack/microservices development teams.
- Hands-on expertise in Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, or Python for backend development.
