- Programme Officer (Karyakram Adhikari): First-class Master’s degree in MBA, B.E., B.Tech (Master of Rural Technology and Management), or graduation in physical sciences with a post-graduation degree.
- Assistant Programmer (Sahayak Programmer): Recognized university MCA (Computer Science/IT/BCA) or B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT.
- Accountant (Lekhapal): 55% marks in B.Com (50% for SC/ST/PwD), Higher Secondary with 100 marks in Book Keeping (20% marks), and a computer practical test.
- Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 35 years as of 1 July 2026, with relaxations as per government norms.
