- Programme Officer: First-class M.A., B.E., MRTM (Master of Rural Technology and Management), or Post Graduate in Mathematics/Physics.
- Computer Programmer: First-class B.E. in Computer Science, MCA, M.Sc. (Computer Science), or B.E. (IT), with priority given to knowledge of .NET Technology, Java, MS.SQL, or Oracle.
- Accountant: Higher Secondary education with a B.Com. degree. Minimum percentage criteria: 55% for SC/ST and 50% for Baster and Surguja divisions for second-class B.Com. pass.
