- State Project Manager – Monitoring & Evaluation: PG diploma/Master’s degree in Rural Development, Women Studies, Rural Management, or Social Work from a premier institute; minimum 5 years of experience, including 2 years in managerial roles in research/documentation.
- State Project Manager – Communication & Documentation: Degree in Communications, Media Studies, Information Technology, or equivalent from a premier institute; minimum 5 years of experience, including 2 years in managerial roles in communication & documentation in rural development.
- Accountant: B.Com (Hons) with preference for CA (Inter)/ICWA (Inter); minimum 3 years of accounts experience in Government/Semi-Government organizations; knowledge of Tally/MS Excel/MS Word.
- Assistant: Graduate in any faculty with knowledge of typing in Hindi & English on a computer; minimum 3 years of experience in Government/Semi-Government/Organizations of repute; knowledge of Government procedures.
