- For Assistant Manager (Electrical): Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Electronics & Communication Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University.
- For Assistant Manager (Mechanical): Degree in Mechanical, Marine, or Naval Architecture Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized University.
- Minimum of three years of post-qualification experience in relevant fields such as shipbuilding, ship repair, marine-related, port, engineering companies, or government establishments.
- Experience in ERP/SAP or computerized environments is desirable.
- Experience in QMS/ISO/IMS documentation is desirable.
