- For Registrar & Controller of Examinations: Master's degree with at least 55% marks.
- For Registrar: Minimum 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor (Level 11+) or 8 years as Associate Professor (Level 12+), including educational administration experience, OR 15 years of administrative experience with 8 years as Deputy Registrar or equivalent.
- For Senior System Analyst: B.E./B.Tech. (Computer Science & Engineering) with 55% marks and 9 years of programming/system management experience, OR M.Sc./MCA/M.Tech. (Computer Science) with 55% marks and 8 years of relevant experience.
- Maximum age limit: 57 years (relaxation as per UGC/Govt. of India guidelines for reserved categories).
- For Registrar: Minimum 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor (Level 11+) or 8 years as Associate Professor (Level 12+), including educational administration experience, OR 15 years of administrative experience with 8 years as Deputy Registrar or equivalent.
