Junior Officer (Business Promotion Officer)

- Recruitment for the post of Junior Officer (Business Promotion Officer) in a target-based sales role.
- Initial contract period of 3 years, renewable based on performance and business requirements.
- High-performing candidates may be considered for regular employment as Assistant Manager (Scale I) after the contract period.
- Posting locations include Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, and Ahmedabad regions, with potential transfers anywhere in India.
- Proficiency in the local language will be given preference.

- Indian Nationals only.
- Maximum age of 30 years as on 31.07.2026 (born on or after 01.08.1996).
- 5 years of age relaxation for SC/ST candidates.
- Minimum qualification: Graduation in any stream.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Bank/NBFCs in retail assets/liability products.
- Candidates who attended Group Discussion/Personal Interview for Junior Officer roles in previous notifications but were not selected are not eligible.

- Shortlisting based on eligibility criteria.
- Group Discussion (elimination stage) followed by Personal Interview.
- Psychometric Assessment may be conducted.
- Final selection subject to performance evaluation and business requirements.
