- Apprenticeship duration: 12 months (one year) with a fixed stipend of ₹12,300 per month for Engineering/Non-Engineering Graduates and ₹10,900 per month for Diploma Holders.
- Stipend is shared equally (50% by SCCL and 50% by BOAT/NATS, MoE, GoI) via DBT to Aadhaar-linked bank accounts.
- Selected candidates must work in any nearby region as allotted by SCCL.
- Apprenticeship will automatically terminate upon completion of the 12-month training period.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must have passed their qualifying examination in the last five years (2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, or 2026).
- Minimum age: 18 years as on 31.07.2026. Maximum age: 28 years as on 31.07.2026 (33 years for SC/ST/BC candidates).
- Engineering Graduates: B.Tech/B.E. in Mining (40), EEE (35), ECE (10), CSE (10), IT (5), Mechanical (35), or Civil (15).
- Non-Engineering Graduates: BA (25), B.Sc (30), B.Com (25), BBA (5), BCA (5), or B.Pharmacy (10).
- Diploma Holders: Mining (20), EEE (10), Mechanical (10), or Civil (10).
- Candidates must have an Aadhaar-linked bank account in Union Bank of India (SCCL salary disbursing branches) for stipend transfer.
- Priority will be given to SCCL/Retired Employee Children, PAF/PDF candidates, and local candidates as per SCCL policy.
