- For Assistant Professor (Contractual): Ph.D. degree in Design/Interaction Design/Product Design/Visual Communication Design OR Bachelor's Degree or 4-year Diploma in Design/Fine Arts/Applied Arts/Architecture/Engineering with First Class AND Master's degree or equivalent Post Graduate Diploma in relevant disciplines with First Class.
- For Guest Faculty: Same qualifications as Assistant Professor (Contractual).
- Desirable: Minimum 2 years of professional design experience in Industry/research organization/Design OR Teaching/Research experience in University/Institute of National Importance.
