Post-Doctoral Fellow (On Project)

- Seeking a Post-Doctoral Fellow for a research project titled 'Developing cancer therapeutics to target the anti-apoptotic cFLIP-CaM interaction and restore tumor cells sensitivity to death ligands.'
- The selected candidate will conduct molecular biology assays, including gene cloning, subcloning, site-directed mutagenesis, and plasmid isolation.
- Responsibilities include performing cell-based assays such as MTT, flow cytometry (FACS), Western blotting, co-immunoprecipitation, and apoptosis-related assays.
- Biochemical, biophysical, and structural biology studies will be conducted to characterize protein interactions and investigate molecular mechanisms.
- Prior experience with these techniques and the ability to work independently in a research laboratory is preferred.

- Essential: PhD Degree in life sciences and allied fields.
- Desirable: Experience in cell-based assays, recombinant protein expression and purification, molecular biology, biophysics, and biochemistry.
