Health System Fellow and Nursing Consultant Vacancies

- SHSRC, Meghalaya, invites applications for 8 contractual positions under the National Health Mission (NHM) project.
- Positions include 2 Health System Fellows and 6 Nursing Consultants with specializations in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Paediatrics, Medical-Surgical, and Community Health Nursing.

- Health System Fellow: Graduate or postgraduate qualification in public health, social work, management, psychology, or other relevant social science disciplines from a recognized institution.
- Nursing Consultant: Master’s degree in nursing (MSc Nursing) in the relevant specializations with valid registration with the relevant Nursing Council.
- Desirable Experience for Health System Fellows: Programme management, working with government health systems or district administrations, stakeholder coordination, social research, and documentation.
- Desirable Skills for Health System Fellows: Strong programme coordination, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, and ability to speak Garo.
- Desirable Experience for Nursing Consultants: Clinical teaching, mentorship, supervision, competency-based education, quality improvement, and emergency care.
- Desirable Skills for Nursing Consultants: Clinical mentorship, documentation, and ability to speak/write in local languages (Khasi, Garo, or Pnar).
