Specialist Cadre Officers Recruitment - Manager (Manpower Planning & Recruitment) & Manager (Learning & Development)

- Recruitment for two specialist cadre officer positions in Human Resources domain.
- Roles include strategic manpower planning, recruitment, and learning & development for IT and BFSI sectors.
- Positions are part of Middle Management Grade Scale-III with probation period of 12 months.

- Preferred certifications (must be dated on or before 31.07.2026): HR Analytics, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP.
- Minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience in Human Resources, preferably in IT industry or IT Department/Vertical in BFSI Sector.
- For Manager (Learning & Development), experience in training and development is mandatory.
- Candidates must possess valid email ID and mobile number kept active until final selection.

- Selection is based on shortlisting followed by an interview.
- Shortlisting is provisional and subject to document verification.
- Interview carries 100 marks; qualifying marks are decided by the Bank.
- Merit list is prepared based on interview scores; age is considered as a tiebreaker.
- Final selection is subject to medical fitness, document verification, and other formalities.
- No correspondence will be entertained regarding shortlisting or interview decisions.
