- Educational Qualifications (Mandatory for all posts):
- B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, or equivalent.
- M.Sc. (Statistics/Computer Science), M.A. (Statistics), M.Stat, or MCA from a recognized university/institution.
- For AI Solution Architect & Enterprise AI Architect: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, AI, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM with specialization in finance.
- Certifications in ML/AI, NLP, Web Crawling, or Neural Networks (preferred).
- Experience Requirements (Post-Basic Qualification, as of 30.09.2026):
- GM & Chief AI Officer: Minimum 15+ years in Banking/BFSI/IT, with 3+ years in senior leadership in AI, Analytics, model oversight, governance, and business transformation.
- DGM (Risk & Operational Analytics), DGM (AI Governance & Compliance), DGM (Data Engineering, Model Application Dev & AI Ops): Minimum 10+ years in Banking/BFSI/IT, with 2+ years in senior leadership in respective domains.
- AI Solution Architect: Minimum 8 years overall, including 3 years in AI/analytics solutioning, digital transformation, or solution architecture (preferably in BFSI).
- Enterprise AI Architect: Minimum 8 years overall, including 3 years in enterprise/platform/data/AI architecture (preferably in BFSI or regulated industries).
- Leadership Experience:
- Scheduled Commercial Banks or Fortune 500 firms are preferred for leadership roles.
- Individual contributor roles do not count toward senior leadership experience.
- Specific Skills (varies by post):
- Machine Learning, Deep Learning, AI/ML Model Deployment, MLOps, Data Engineering, Cloud-Native Deployments, Generative/Agentic AI, and Risk Analytics (varies by role).
- Experience in Banking Functions: Risk, Marketing, Automation, and Compliance (preferred).
- Certifications in AI Solution Architecture, Enterprise AI, TOGAF, or related fields (preferred).
