Sikkim High Court IT and Technical Assistant Vacancies 2026

- Sikkim High Court has announced 6 vacancies for Senior Technical Officer, Senior Developer, Developer, and IT Assistant roles under the e-Courts Project Phase-III.
- These are contractual positions for a duration of 1 year only.
- The recruitment drive is open for eligible candidates to apply offline by 20 November 2026 (by 4:30 PM).
- Applications must be submitted via speed post or in person to the Office of the Central Project Coordinator, High Court of Sikkim, Gangtok.

- Age Limit: Minimum 18 years as of 1 January 2026, maximum 30 years as of 20 November 2026. Age relaxation applicable as per State Government rules.
- Nationality: Must be an Indian citizen. No person with a living spouse or who has entered into a marriage with a person having a spouse living is eligible.
- Qualifications:
- Senior Technical Officer: BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc in Computer Science/IT/Electronics with 2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, networks, database, server administration, LAN, and technical troubleshooting.
- Senior Developer: BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc in Computer Science/IT/Electronics with 2+ years of experience in software development (application design, development, testing, and maintenance).
- Developer: BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc in Computer Science/IT/Electronics with 1+ year of experience in software development.
- IT Assistant: BE/B.Tech/BCA/BSc (IT/Computer Science).

- Written Examination (minimum 40% marks required to proceed).
- Practical Test (minimum 40% marks required to proceed).
- Interview/Viva-Voce (final selection based on combined marks from Written Examination, Practical Test, and Interview).
- Merit List: Prepared based on overall performance across all stages.
