- For Manager (Vigilance) (E-3 level):
- Regular executive of a CPSE (excluding SPMCIL).
- Essential qualification: Full-time degree in B.E./B.Tech/LLB/CA/CMA/MBA/MCA/MSc from a recognized university/institution.
- Experience: 7 years post-qualification in executive cadre with analogous post in IDA pay scale of Rs. 60,000-1,80,000; OR 7 years post-qualification with 2 years in IDA pay scale of Rs. 50,000-1,60,000.
- For Supervisor (Vigilance) (S-1 level):
- Regular supervisor at S-1 level in a CPSE.
- Essential qualification: First-class full-time diploma in any engineering stream; B.Tech./B.E./B.Sc. (Engg.) also considered.
- Experience: Holding analogous post in IDA pay scale of Rs. 27,600-95,910.
