- For RA-I: Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering OR 3 years of research/teaching/design & development experience after M.E./M.Tech in VLSI Design/Microelectronics/Electronics & Communication with at least one SCI journal publication.
- For PA-I: M.E./M.Tech in VLSI Design/Microelectronics/Electronics & Communication or equivalent.
- Minimum aggregate First Class/CGPA 6.5 in all qualifying degrees (B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech/M.Sc./Ph.D.).
- Desired skills: FPGA design (VHDL/Verilog), Xilinx Vivado, MATLAB, C/C++, Python, GNSS receiver basics, signal processing, embedded computing, and communication systems.
- For PA-I: M.E./M.Tech in VLSI Design/Microelectronics/Electronics & Communication or equivalent.
