- Ph.D. or NET/M.Phil./Postgraduate with at least 55% marks in Social Sciences, Humanities, Performing Arts, Cultural Studies, Education, History, Sociology, Anthropology, Music, or allied disciplines.
- Research Associate: Minimum 2 years of research experience as a research assistant in a project.
- Research Assistant: Postgraduate with NET/M.Phil./Ph.D. preferred.
- Field Investigator: Postgraduate with at least 55% marks in relevant disciplines.
- Desirable: Academic/research experience related to Rabindranath Tagore, Shantiniketan–Sriniketan, Visva-Bharati, Living Heritage, Indian Knowledge System (IKS), NEP 2020, qualitative/quantitative research methods, Bengali/English proficiency, and digital documentation skills.
