- Must be a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
- For JGM (RG/12(A)/26): Minimum 13 years of post-qualification experience in finance or secretarial roles, including 5 years in a Company Secretary Department (with 2 years in a listed company).
- For DGM (RG/12(B)/26): Minimum 11 years of post-qualification experience in finance or secretarial roles, including 5 years in a Company Secretary Department (with 2 years in a listed company).
- Candidates from Central/State Govt./PSUs/Autonomous Organizations must have 13 years (JGM) or 11 years (DGM) of total experience, with at least 2 years in IDA pay scale of Rs. 70,000-2,00,000 (JGM) or Rs. 60,000-1,80,000 (DGM) for JGM/DGM respectively.
- Candidates from State PSUs/Autonomous Organizations/PSBs/Public Sector Insurance Companies/Other Statutory Bodies must have equivalent pay scale experience as per 7th CPC pay matrix.
- Private sector candidates must have a total experience of 13 years (JGM) or 11 years (DGM) with an annual CTC of at least Rs. 28.91 LPA (JGM) or Rs. 24.10 LPA (DGM) on the last date of application submission.
