Regional Collection Manager (RCM) for Visakhapatnam Region

- Oversee and manage collections and recovery efforts for the Visakhapatnam region.
- Ensure achievement of collection targets and minimize delinquency rates.
- Implement recovery strategies for overdue accounts, including legal actions under the SARFAESI Act.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the branch collections team, including recovery managers.
- Coordinate with legal, compliance, sales, credit, and operations teams for seamless collections.
- Regularly visit customer locations for collections and follow up with delinquent customers.
- Prepare and present reports on collection performance, recovery rates, and key metrics to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including the SARFAESI Act and RBI guidelines.
- Work closely with external agencies and legal advisors for recovery actions.
- Extensive travel within the Visakhapatnam region required.

- Any graduation (10+2+3 format) from a UGC-recognized university. Post-graduation and professional qualifications are preferred.
- Age not exceeding 38 years as on 01-08-2026 (relaxation up to 50 years possible for deserving candidates with relevant experience).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in collections and recovery in HFCs/Banks/NBFCs (additional experience required for age relaxation).
- Currently holding a role equivalent to or not lower than Manager/Senior Manager cadre.
- Fluency in regional language (read, write, and speak), Hindi, and English is mandatory.
- Candidates must specify in the Bio Data form that they are applying for the Chief Manager position.
- Early joining is preferred.
- Candidates with pending disciplinary actions or punished in the last 5 years are ineligible.
- Candidates terminated by any previous employer are not eligible.
