- Academic Qualification for Dermatology: M.D. in Dermatology & Venereology (Derm.&Ven), Dermatology, Venereology & Leprosy, or equivalent with DVD/D.D. in Medicine.
- Academic Qualification for Psychiatry: M.D. in Psychiatry, Psychological Medicine, or M.D. in Medicine with a Diploma in Psychological Medicine.
- Teaching/Research Experience: Three years of teaching experience in the respective subject as Resident, Registrar, Demonstrator, or Tutor in a recognized medical college.
- Age Limit: Maximum age of 45 years as of 30th November 2026 (determined by date of birth in Matriculation/Secondary Examination Certificate).
- Age Relaxation: 5 years for Government employees, 10 years for Persons with Disabilities (PWD). No relaxation for SC/ST/OBC as posts are UR-only.
