Contractual Positions for Biosafety Support Unit (BSU) Phase-II

- Recruitment for contractual positions under the 'Establishment of Biosafety Support Unit (BSU) Phase-II' project at Technology Bhawan, New Delhi.

- For Chief Scientific Officer: Doctoral degree in Science or Master’s in Engineering/Technology with 20+ years of relevant experience.
- For Project Scientist III: Doctoral degree in Science or Master’s in Engineering/Technology with 7+ years of R&D experience in industrial/academic institutions or S&T organizations.
- Desirable: Familiarity with regulatory affairs in biotechnology, experience in leading R&D teams, managing budgets, and knowledge of biosafety/compliance frameworks.
- Candidates from government/public sector undertakings must apply through proper channels or submit a 'No Objection Certificate' at the time of selection.

- Applications will be screened by a duly constituted Screening Committee.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for the selection process (details not specified in the notification).
- Selection decisions by the Centre are final and binding.
- Performance of the incumbent will be periodically evaluated, and unsatisfactory performance may lead to contract termination.
