- Recruitment for 7 contractual positions under various funded and university-funded projects at RLBCAU, Jhansi.
- Positions include Junior Research Assistant, Lab Assistant/Project Assistant, and Young Professional roles in domains like mushroom cultivation, sesame genomics, organic certification, nutri-cereals, carbon credit readiness, and education.
- Appointments are purely ad-hoc for one year or until project termination, with possible extensions based on performance.
- Selected candidates have no claim to regularization or absorption in RLBCAU.

- Junior Research Assistant (JRA): M.Sc. (Ag.) in Plant Pathology or M.Sc. Botany with Plant Pathology specialization; 1st class in UG and PG; domicile of Uttar Pradesh; experience in mushroom cultivation is desirable.
- Lab Assistant/Project Assistant: Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural sciences; desirable: experience in research lab/field experiments, computer knowledge, or M.Sc. in Genetics and Plant Breeding.
- Young Professional-II (Organic Certification Lab): M.Sc. in Agricultural Biotechnology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Agricultural Biochemistry/Molecular Biology & Biotechnology/Agriculture Chemistry/Agrochemicals & Pest Management/Analytical Chemistry/Chemistry; experience with LC-MS/MS and GC-MS/MS instruments.
- Young Professional-II (Nutri-Cereals): M.Sc.(Ag), M.Sc./M.Tech. in Food Science & Technology/Engineering; desirable: 2 years of experience in food processing, quality control, microbiological analysis, and MS Office proficiency.
- Young Professional-I (Nutri-Cereals): M.Sc. Agriculture; desirable: M.Sc. in Agronomy/Genetics and Plant Breeding/Soil Science/Biochemistry/PHT/Biotechnology; 2 years of research experience in field/lab experiments.
- Young Professional-II (Carbon Credit Readiness): Masters in Forestry/Agroforestry/Forest Resource Management/Life Science/Remote Sensing; desirable: experience in agroforestry inventory, biomass estimation, carbon stock assessment, satellite data processing (Sentinel, Landsat, PlanetScope), and research publications in SCI/Scopus/UGC-CARE indexed journals.
- Young Professional-I (Directorate of Education): Graduate degree in Agriculture/Horticulture/Science/Commerce/Computer/IT/Engineering or Diploma in Engineering/Technology; desirable: MS Office proficiency.

- Selection will be based on walk-in interviews conducted on specified dates and times.
- Candidates must bring original certificates/mark sheets and attested photocopies for verification.
- Medical certificate required at the time of joining.
- No TA/DA or official accommodation will be provided for attending the interview.
