- Minimum 15 years of combined teaching/research experience in universities, colleges, or higher education institutions.
- Must hold the position of Professor or Associate Professor.
- Minimum 10 research publications in UGC Care List and SCOPUS-indexed journals.
- Minimum research score of 110 as per the screening guidelines provided in Annexure-V.

- Candidates serving in Government/Public Sector Undertakings must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer at the time of interview.
