Recruitment of Experienced Professionals for Various Positions

- RFCL is a Joint Venture Company formed by National Fertilizers Limited (NFL), Engineers India Limited (EIL), and Fertilizer Corporation of India Limited (FCIL), operating a 2200 MT/day natural gas-based Ammonia and 3850 MT/day Neem Coated Urea Plant at Ramagundam, Telangana.
- Positions are available at Ramagundam Plant (Telangana) and Corporate Office (Noida, Uttar Pradesh).
- Total of 40 vacancies across multiple disciplines including Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, Transportation, HR, Medical, Finance & Accounts, and IT.
- Pay scales range from ₹40,000 to ₹2,40,000 per month with approximate CTC from ₹14.20 lakhs to ₹31.95 lakhs per annum.

- For Engineer (E-1) posts: B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engg.) in relevant discipline with minimum 60% marks. Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience required.
- For Assistant Manager (E-2) posts: B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engg.) or MBA/PG Diploma in relevant field with minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience.
- For Deputy Manager (E-3) posts: B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engg.) in Chemical Engineering with minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience.
- For Medical posts (Addl. CMO/E-4 and CMO/E-5): MBBS degree with MD/MS preferred. Minimum 14 years of post-qualification experience for CMO.
- For Finance & Accounts posts: CA/CMA or MBA with specialization in Finance. Minimum 1 year of experience for Officer (E-1) and 3 years for Assistant Manager (E-2).
- Maximum age limit varies by post: 30 years for Engineer (E-1), 40 years for Assistant Manager (E-2), 45 years for Addl. CMO (E-4), and 50 years for Chief Manager (E-6).
- Relaxation in age limit: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), 10 years for UR-PwBD, 15 years for SC/ST-PwBD, and 13 years for OBC (NCL)-PwBD.
- Candidates must possess the prescribed educational qualification on a full-time regular basis with minimum 60% marks (except for CA/CMA).
- Work experience must be in-line executive experience after acquiring the relevant educational qualification.
- Candidates employed in Central/State Government/PSUs must submit NOC from their current employer at the time of interview.

- Scrutiny of applications based on eligibility criteria and documents submitted.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview with a minimum 50% marks requirement.
- In case of equal marks, percentage of marks in qualifying examination and date of birth will be considered for merit list preparation.
- Candidates called for interview for E-5 to E-6 posts will be reimbursed single return air fare (economy class)/rail fare for AC I/Executive class chair car.
- Candidates called for interview for E-1 to E-4 posts will be reimbursed to and fro single AC II return rail fare from the nearest railway station of their correspondence address.
