🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institution.
- Minimum 120-hour course in use of Personal Computers/Information Technology in Office Productivity Applications or Desktop Publishing Applications from a Government-recognized or ISO 9001-certified institution, OR equivalent to DOEACC 'O' level certificate.
- Matriculation-level Punjabi or equivalent qualification as per Punjab Civil Services (General and Common Conditions of Service) Rules, 1994.
- Mandatory qualifying test of Punjabi Language equivalent to Matriculation standard with minimum 50% marks.
