- Open exclusively to original residents of Pune district with valid domicile certificate.
- Temporary probationary appointment for 6 months with consolidated salary of Rs. 12,000 per month.

- Selection based on offline written exam (70 marks), document verification, and interview (30 marks).

- Must be an original resident of Pune district for at least 15 years (supported by domicile certificate issued after 2018).
- Married women candidates from outside Pune district may apply if their husband holds a valid Pune district domicile certificate along with marriage registration proof.
- Must have passed H.S.C. (12th) or equivalent diploma.
- Minimum age: 18 years as on 01-08-2026.
- Maximum age: 38 years as on 01-08-2026.
- Upper age limit relaxed up to 43 years for candidates with 3+ years of contract-based experience in bank-affiliated agencies.
- Must be physically fit for duties requiring physical movement.
- Must submit a declaration under Maharashtra Civil Services Rules, 2005 (small family declaration).
- Knowledge of Marathi, Hindi, and English is required.

- Offline written examination (70 marks) conducted via OMR method in Marathi medium.
- Question paper consists of 70 objective-type multiple-choice questions (1 mark each) to be completed in 75 minutes.
- Subject-wise distribution: Basic agricultural credit structure (20 marks), Banking and Cooperation (15 marks), General Knowledge and Current Affairs (15 marks), Agriculture and Rural Economy (10 marks), Intelligence/Aptitude Test (10 marks).
- Shortlisting for interview based on written exam performance (1:3 ratio against vacancies).
- Document verification of original certificates for educational qualification and eligibility criteria.
- Interview (30 marks) assessing personality, physical capability, communication skills, local knowledge, service attitude, and cooperation principles.
- Final selection based on combined marks from written exam and interview (total 100 marks).
- Waiting list prepared for 20% of vacancies, valid for 1 year from final selection list declaration.

Open only to original residents of Pune district. No horizontal/parallel reservation applicable.

- Scanned photograph (3.5cm x 4.5cm, JPG/JPEG, 20KB–50KB).
- Scanned signature in black ink on white paper (1.5cm x 3.5cm, JPG/JPEG, 10KB–20KB).
- Scanned copy of domicile certificate (mandatory, issued after 2018).
