Contractual Legal Executive (Law Officer) Recruitment

- Contractual appointment for 11 months for the post of Legal Executive (Law Officer) at Gujarat Police Recruitment Board, Gandhinagar.
- Monthly fixed consolidated salary of ₹60,000 (Rupees Sixty Thousand Only) with no additional allowances, bonuses, or benefits.
- Candidates must reside in Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar and obtain prior permission to leave the duty station.
- Job requires 24/7 availability for government work and mandatory presence during office hours and beyond as needed.
- Responsibilities include handling all legal cases of Gujarat Police Recruitment Board in lower and higher courts, including Supreme Court matters.
- Must coordinate with government advocates, High Court advocates, and other legal representatives for case management.
- Required to submit monthly reports on case hearings, judgments, and outcomes to the Additional Director General of Police.

- Must be a graduate in Law from a recognized university in India.
- Must be registered with the Bar Council of Gujarat.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Advocate in any court.
- Must have at least 3 years of experience practicing law in the Gujarat High Court.
- Must possess basic computer proficiency certification.

- Selection will be based on the discretion of the selection committee through written applications and interviews.
- Candidates will be shortlisted for an interview based on their qualifications and experience.
- Final selection will be subject to document verification and background checks.
- The appointment is purely contractual and does not confer any right to permanent government service.
