- M.E./M.Tech/M.Sc (Engg.) or equivalent postgraduate degree in First Class with a minimum aggregate of 60% or CGPA/CPI grading of 6.5 on a 10-point scale.
- Candidates must have qualified CSIR-UGC-NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) or GATE.
- Maximum age limit: 28 years as of 17.08.2026 (relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates).
- Age relaxations applicable as per Government of India orders for Ex-Servicemen, PwBD, Widows, Divorced Women, and Women judicially separated from their husbands and not remarried.
