Consultant (Land & Coordination) on Contract for Mahanadi Basin Project

- Engagement as a Consultant (Land & Coordination) for the Mahanadi Basin Project (MBP) under Oil India Limited, Bhubaneswar.
- Responsible for land-related matters including lease negotiations, compensation rate finalization, and land acquisition processes with Government of Odisha.
- Liaise with landowners, government departments, and district administration for uninterrupted hydrocarbon exploration operations.
- Prepare proposals for land acquisition and maintain systematic records of all land-related documents.
- Must be physically fit and willing to travel frequently within OIL operational areas.
- Work in line with regular officers of the Company and observe normal officer timings.

- Graduate/Post-Graduate (any discipline) from AICTE/UGC-recognized institutes/universities.
- Must have retired from the post of Deputy General Manager (Grade F)/Gazetted Officer or equivalent from OIL or any other Govt./PSU/Private sector.
- Minimum 30 years of working experience in Govt./PSU/Private sector, with at least 10 years in land-related matters.
- Age not exceeding 63 years as on the last date of application submission (18/09/2026).
- Proficiency in English and basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Fluency in Odia language is preferred.
- Ability to work in multi-disciplinary activities and familiarity with OIL's activities, visions, goals, and structure.

- Selection will be based on personal interaction with a Selection Committee.
