- Indian citizens aged 18–25 years as on 31-08-2026 (born between 01-09-2001 and 31-08-2008).
- Must have passed Matriculation (10th Standard) or equivalent from a recognized board by 31-08-2026.
- Candidates with higher qualifications may also apply.
- Age relaxation: OBC (3 years), SC/ST (5 years), PwBD (10 years), Ex-Servicemen (3 years after deducting military service), and Central Government employees (up to 40 years).
- Candidates must produce valid certificates for age, educational qualification, caste, EWS, PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen status during document verification.
