- Valid Delhi Medical Council (DMC) registration certificate at the time of interview. Candidates without DMC must have applied for registration and submit proof of application.
- Candidates without DMC for PG must submit a valid 'applied for DMC' receipt and obtain DMC registration within 45 days of joining.
- Upper age limit: 45 years as on the interview date. Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates.
- Candidates already in government service must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current employer.
- Preference for candidates with life-saving course certificates (BLS, ATLS/ACLS, or equivalent).
