- For Junior Clerk-Cum-Copyist, Grade-III Stenographer, and Junior Typist posts: Must have passed +3 Examination or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Must possess a Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak Odia.
- Must have passed the Odia language test equivalent to M.E. standard.
- For Salaried Amin post: Must have passed Matriculation or equivalent examination from a recognized Board.
- Must have passed Revenue Inspector Training.
- Must have operating knowledge of computers.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak Odia.
- Minimum age: 18 years; Maximum age: 42 years as on 07 September 2026 (age relaxation applicable for reserved categories as per rules).
