Accountant and MIS Assistant Vacancies in Model Cluster Level Federations, Siddharthnagar

- The Deputy Commissioner (Self Employment), Siddharthnagar, Uttar Pradesh, has invited offline applications for 20 vacancies under the Uttar Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission (UPSRLM).
- The posts are Accountant (Lekhakar) and MIS Assistant, both under Model Cluster Level Federations (CLFs) in Siddharthnagar district.
- Applications must be submitted offline at the candidate’s home, related CLF, or Block Mission Management Unit between 27 October 2026 and 5 November 2026.
- The selection process includes a written examination on 12 November 2026, followed by interviews from 13 to 19 November 2026. Results will be announced on 20 November 2026.
- No application fee is required for any post.

- Qualification: At least a 12th class pass. Candidates must be able to read and write Hindi and have good knowledge of arithmetic.
- Accountant (Lekhakar) must be a member of a UPSRLM women’s group and have at least 3 years of experience in maintaining books for the group, village organization, and CLF.
- MIS Assistant must be a woman and have more than 30 days of training/work experience in managing women’s groups, village organizations, and CLFs. Must hold a certificate of at least 6 months from a recognized institution for a computer/software course (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Age Limit: 21 to 45 years (as of the application deadline).
- Gender Eligibility: Only women are eligible for both posts.
- Experience: Must not be a defaulter of any group or bank. Must have a smartphone/Android phone and be proficient in its use.
- Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel to villages, attend meetings, and participate in exposure visits and trainings inside and outside the state.

- Written Examination: Scheduled for 12 November 2026. Results announced on 13 November 2026.
- Interview: Conducted from 13 to 19 November 2026.
- Final Result: Communicated at the Mission headquarters on 20 November 2026.
- Accountant selection: Limited to experienced CLF Book Keepers.

Women from UPSRLM groups only

- Application Form: Must be submitted offline at the candidate’s home, related CLF, or Block Mission Management Unit.
- Proof of Qualification: 12th class pass certificate.
- Experience Certificate: For Accountant (3+ years) and MIS Assistant (30+ days of training/work).
- Computer/Software Course Certificate: For MIS Assistant (6+ months from a recognized institution).
- Bank/Group Non-Defaulter Certificate: Must not have defaulted on any group or bank loan.
- Smartphone/Android Phone Proof: Must possess and be skilled in using a smartphone/Android phone.
