- Addl. General Manager (Finance) (E-7): Associate/Fellow member of ICAI/ICWAI with 19 years of post-qualification experience in Finance, preferably in coal mining/energy sectors. Must have experience in managing finance teams, audit mechanisms, budget control, taxation, and financial closure.
- Manager (Finance) (E-4) & Manager (Mining) (E-4): Associate/Fellow member of ICAI/ICWAI or Full-time Degree in Mining Engineering with 10 years of experience. Managers (Finance) must have expertise in finance department management, audit, budget control, and taxation. Managers (Mining) must have a First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency (Coal) and experience in mine planning, design, and scheduling using Minex software.
- Dy. Manager (Mining) (E-3), Dy. Manager (Geology) (E-3), Dy. Manager (Environment) (E-3): Full-time Degree in Mining Engineering (for Mining), M.Tech/M.Sc. in Geology/Geological Science (for Geology), or BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Environmental Engineering/Environmental Science (for Environment). Must have 7 years of experience in respective fields. Dy. Managers (Mining) and (Geology) must have Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency (Coal). Dy. Manager (Environment) must ensure compliance with environmental regulations and monitor statutory requirements.
- Sr. Asst. Manager/Asst. Manager (Survey) (E-2/E-1): Diploma in Mines Survey/Mining Engineering with Survey Certificate of Competency in Mining Survey from DGMS. Must have 5/2 years of experience in mine development survey, preparation of plans, and sections for mines.
- Asst. Manager (Mining) (E-1): B.E./B.Tech. in Mining Engineering with Second Class Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency (Coal). Must have 2 years of experience in large coal mines and knowledge of opencast coal mine operations.
- Medical Officer (Male/Female) (E-2/E-1): 4.5 years Full-time MBBS with 5/2 years of post-qualification experience in reputed hospitals. Candidates with MD/Specialization will be preferred.
- Overman (S-2/S-1): Diploma in Mining with Overman’s Certificate of Competency. Must have 1/5 years of experience in shift work and charge of a working section in a coal mine.

- Shortlisting of candidates will be done through Personal Interview only.
- Selection will be based on performance in the interview, organizational requirements, and vacancies available.
- OCPL reserves the right to raise minimum eligibility standards or moderate criteria for deserving candidates.
