🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- For Assistant Engineer (E-0 Grade): Full-time regular Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical & Electronics/Instrumentation from State Technical Board or AICTE/UGC-recognized institute.
- For Deputy General Manager (E-6 Grade): Full-time Graduate in Engineering (Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/Electronics/Control & Instrumentation/Civil/Mechanical) with minimum 60% marks from a recognized Indian university/institute.
- Minimum 10 years of post-qualification site experience in the power sector for Assistant Engineer, including at least 6 years in 50 MW+ grid-connected solar/wind projects (Operation & Maintenance/Asset Management).
- Minimum 12 years of post-qualification executive experience in the power sector for Deputy General Manager, including at least 10 years in renewable energy development (solar/wind projects) and 2 years in 50 MW+ grid-connected projects (Construction/Erection/Commissioning).
- For Govt/Public Sector Undertaking candidates applying for E-6 Grade: Minimum 2 years of experience in the scale of Rs. 80,000–2,20,000 or above (IDA Pay Scale of E-5 Grade or above of DPE effective from 01-01-2017) or equivalent scale.
