- Must possess a Diploma/Advanced Diploma/PG Diploma in Industrial Safety from Central or Regional Labour Institutes, Government of India.
- Must have retired from the Power Sector/Mining Sector/Infrastructure Projects/Government Sector/State Department as an officer at the level of Senior Management (not below General Manager or Pay Matrix Level 14/E-8 or equivalent).
