Contractual Positions in Engineering, Construction, and Office Support at NPCC Limited

- NPCC Limited, a Mini Ratna Category-I company under the Government of India, is hiring for contract-based roles across its Zonal Offices.
- Roles include Site Engineer (Civil/Electrical), Sr. Associate (Finance/HR/Law/IT), Jr. Engineer (Civil), and Assistant (Office Support/Finance).
- Positions are based in South Eastern Zone, Bihar Zone, North Western Zone, Southern Zone, North East Zone, and Tripura Zone.
- Contract duration is initially one year, extendable based on project requirements and performance.
- Additional allowances include Provident Fund contribution (12%) and a fixed Medical Allowance of Rs. 1,250/- per month.
- Additional 12.5% of consolidated remuneration for employees posted in North East Region and 5% for those posted in Bangalore.

- Site Engineer (Civil/Electrical): Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering from a UGC/AICTE-recognized university. No experience required.
- Sr. Associate (Office Support):
- Finance: CA/CMA/MBA (Finance) or PG in relevant discipline.
- HR: MBA (HR) or Post Graduate in HR.
- Law: Full-time 3-year LLB or 5-year integrated Law.
- IT: MCA or B.Tech (CSE/IT).
- Jr. Engineer (Civil): Diploma in Civil Engineering (3 years) from a UGC/AICTE-recognized institute.
- Assistant (Office Support): Graduate in any discipline with typing speed of 50 W.P.M. on a computer.
- Assistant (Office Support)-Finance: B.Com from a UGC/AICTE-recognized university.
- All qualifications must be from Indian universities/institutes recognized by UGC/AICTE.
- Minimum two-year duration for MBA/Post Graduation for Sr. Associate (Finance/HR) roles.
- Experience gained after the date of declaration of the result/issue of final year mark sheet/provisional certificate will be considered.
- Post-qualification experience must be relevant to the role.

- Selection will be based on a Personal Interview or another appropriate method decided by NPCC.
- Final selection will depend on performance in the interview.
- Decision of NPCC will be final and binding.

- Matriculation/Secondary Certificate/Birth Certificate (proof of date of birth).
- Complete set of marksheets/degree certificates in support of qualification and specialization.
- Proof of post-qualification experience (if any), including date of joining, date of relieving, CTC, etc.
- Latest pay-in-slip of the last month.
- Latest Form-16 of the last two financial years (if applicable).
- Category certificate (if applicable, in the prescribed format by the Government of India).
- Disability certificate (if applicable, issued by the Competent Authority).
- Income & Asset Certificate for EWS reservation (if applicable).
- Aadhar Card and any other supporting documents.
