- Essential: B.Tech/B.E or equivalent in Computer Science and Engineering with M.Tech/M.E in Computer Science and Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 60% aggregate marks or 6.5 CGPA (UG & PG) for GEN/GEN-EWS/OBC-NCL category.
- Minimum 55% aggregate marks or 6.0 CGPA (UG & PG) for SC/ST/PwD category.
- Alternative eligibility: B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science and Engineering with at least 7.5/10 CGPA or 70% marks (GEN/GEN-EWS/OBC-NCL) or 7.0/10 CGPA or 65% marks (SC/ST/PwD).
