- Minimum 60% aggregate marks or 6.5 CGPA (GEN/GEN-EWS/OBC-NCL) and 55% or 6.0 CGPA (SC/ST/PwD) at both UG and PG levels.
- OR B.Tech./B.E. with minimum 70% aggregate marks or 7.5 CGPA (GEN/GEN-EWS/OBC-NCL) and 65% or 7.0 CGPA (SC/ST/PwD).
- OR MSc in Materials Science/Nanoscience and Nanotechnology/Energy Materials with M.Tech. in related fields.
